====== Thermocrystal ======
A spherical crystal capable of storing, then releasing, enormous amounts of heat energy.  Thermocrystals are a key part of the economy of [[the Mountain Republic]], where they are mined, charged with heat in magma seas, and used to power various machines and vehicles.

===== As an inventory item =====
The PCs have the ability to use inventory points to produce thermocrystals.

Choose one effect:
  * You carry the crystal as a source of heat which protects you from cold environments.  The crystal lasts one day.
  * One **construct** creature with the **"Rechargeable"** ability recovers 100 Mind Points.
  * Until the end of your turn, all damage dealt by a weapon you're holding becomes **fire** damage.  You may make a **free attack** with that weapon.
