+When speaking to a Gaddish Legacy, one can continue to use their first name, first linkname, or surname in isolation, in the situations where it would usually be appropriate.  Their full name must always be all five words -- it is considered rude in that case to exclude the inherited person's name.  It is also acceptable to use _only_ the inherited person's name in situations where their memory and personality is being addressed.
